Having never been to South America and not working with a travel agent for the Lima portion of our trip, we had to totally rely on the internet for searching for a place to stay. We were SO fortunate to find Martha's website. Not only does she have a very comfortable, clean and safe apartment, she was a wealth of information and assistance prior to our trip. We were in Miraflores for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this apartment to shopping, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and tours. Thanks, Martha! If we ever get back, I'll be contacting you for a rental. P.S. And as promised, our refund for the deposit was at home waiting for us when we returned to the States.

As I travelled alone I was looking for a secure place to stay for one month, in Lima. And I did find it! The apartment was exactly what I was looking for, nearby everything one could need - nice restaurants, parks, traffic connections (like the new metro-line to mid town), shopping facilities, etc. The contact to   Martha and Milagros was very hearty indeed. A nice, clean and well furnished place to stay in Miraflores. But don't tell too much people, otherwise next time I wish to come I won't find any vacancy!!!! Arianna

We recently staying in Martha's apartment in Miraflores, for 5 weeks, which we found to be in an excellent location, close to everything that a visitor would require during their holiday. We especaily liked the surroundings such as The Huaca Juliana Restaurant with the old Inca ruins,just great. Sand Isidro another place short stroll with good quality restaurants, (one of my favourite Vivaldi) patisseries and other shops. The Apartment itself on the 6th floor is spacious and confortable with good facilities and is in a secure block. We found our dealings with with you and Milagros to be the honest and reliable so we are happy to recommend to anybody who are interested to look after the property as their own. When we arrived in Lima we were picked up at the airport and treated wonderful by Martha's relatives, a beautiful studio apartment overlooking Miraflores, Peru is a beautiful country and lima is spectacular, the only thing more beautiful than the city are the people , wonderful and friendly, Miraflores is the place to stay when in Peru, and Martha is a wonderful host.

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. The location is great, supermarkets and mayor streets are closed by. The apartment is confortable with all the amenities needed and in good working conditions. If I go back to Lima,Peru I will most probably stay at this place again. Hosts are very helpful and their service were a 100%+ The building is very secure and children friendly. Thanks Martha.
