Thank your for your interest in our apartment in Ave. Arequipa - Lima - Peru. We own our properties and are not agents. Which in terms means that we care deeply about the state and upkeep of the apartment and in exchange we can offer you a better alternative to hotels prices which may help your travel budget.
Thus, we promise to do our level best to make your stay with us a comfortable and pleasant experience, in return, we would expect you to do your level best in taking care of the apartment as if it were your own. With that in mind, let us outline our main conditions and terms of service.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of $200 USD is required to secure the dates requested.

Fom of Payment :
- Via Paypal - Service charge apply (please add 4%) or
- Direct Bank Deposit - Wells Fargo or Wachovia Bank. No additional charge for this form of payment.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $35.00 USD that will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.

Your deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after departure via regular mail provided there is no loss of, or damage to the property.

Please provide us with the name and address where you would like us to mail your deposit.

PAYMENT

A payment for the entire expected length of your stay is due upon arrival. If any payment is not made within the times set forth, then we may treat the contract as cancelled. The Deposit becomes nonrefundable.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in : Unless otherwise agreed, Guests should arrive at 3:00 PM (please let us know your time of arrival to make arrangements in case of later check-in time)

Check-out : Please vacate the property by 1:00 P.M. on the day of departure.

We are very flexible with the time and would do our best to accomodate you in the event the flights are late in the evening. Please keep in mind that if we have another guest arriving the same day we would need some time to clean the apartment.

CANCELLATION FEES

We will refund your deposit if the cacellation is made 45 days prior to your booking date. Failing to do that will result in loosing the deposit. Please ensure yourself against this risk.

OTHER CONDITIONS

The guests named in the Reservation Form are the ONLY ones who may stay overnight in the apartment.

This is a NON SMOKING place.

We will provide you with the Keys at the time of the signing of the contract.

Let us know your time of arrival.

Please let us know in advance the time you will be leaving the apartment and returning the keys.

If you need transportation we will be glad to make arrangements. Please let us know in advance.

We will not be responsible for the loss of any property during your stay in the apartment.
