HOW TO BOOK OUR APARTMENT IN MIRAFLORES

Thank your for your interest in our apartment in Miraflores. We are the owners and promise to do our level best to make your stay with us a comfortable and pleasant experience.In return, we would expect you to do your level best in taking care of the apartment as if it were your own. With that in mind, let us outline our main conditions and terms of service.

CHARGES

There is a deposit of $200 against damages.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $35.00 that will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.

Your deposit will be returned to you within 7 days after departure via regular mail provided there is no loss of, or damage to the property.

Please provide us with the name and address where you would like us to mail your deposit.

PAYMENT

A payment of 50% of your total charges (deposit + stay) is required to secure your reservation.

A payment of the balance of your stay is due upon arrival.
If any payment is not made within the times set forth, then we may treat the contract as cancelled. The Deposit becomes nonrefundable.

Fom of Payment :
      - Via Paypal - Service charge apply (please add 3.99%) or
      - Direct Bank Deposit - Wells Fargo Bank. No additional charge for this form of payment.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in :      3:00 PM.

Check-out : 11:00 AM.   (on the day of departure).

We are flexible with the check-in / Check-out   times and would do our best to accomodate you. Please check with us before booking.

Please let us know your time of arrival and Air Carrier.

At your arrival the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment.

You will sign the neccessary documents, make the payment and you will receive the keys of the apartment.

Please let us know in advance the time you will be leaving the apartment and returning the keys.

Guests are expected to return the apartment in the same condition it was given to them.

CANCELATION FEES

Our cancelation policy is as follows:

We will refund your deposit if the cancelation is made 46 days or more prior to your booking date.

Cancelation between 45-35 days prior booking the cost will be 25% of your advance payment, minimum $100.

Cancelation between 34-24 days prior booking the cost will be 50% of your advance payment, minimum $100.

Cancelation between 24-14 days prior booking the cost will be 75% of your advance payment, minimum $100.

Less than 14 days will result in loosing your deposit.
Please ensure yourself against this risk.

OTHER CONDITIONS

The guests named in the Reservation Form are the ONLY ones who may stay overnight in the apartment.

NO SMOKING in the apartment please.

We will not be responsible for the loss of any property during your stay in the apartment.

Although electricity is included, we will charge for any excess that is above the normal usage band. Please inquire about
